Where can I see my bonus status and remaining rollover?
You can track the status of your bonus by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to “My Account” > “Promotions” > “Active Promotions”.
- There, you’ll see your rollover progress and how much is left to complete.
What does “rollover” mean?
Rollover is the amount of money you need to wager before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.
- For this promotion, the rollover is 20 times the bonus amount.
- For example, with a $1,000 MXN bonus, you must place bets totaling $20,000 MXN before being able to withdraw your winnings.
Important conditions to keep in mind:

Valid bet types: All bet types (single, combo or Bet Builder) count as long as they meet the minimum odds requirement of +100.

Rollover deadline: The bonus is valid for 30 days from the moment it’s credited to your account.

Balance usage: Real and bonus balance are used simultaneously at a 50/50 ratio.

Winnings: Winnings are also credited at the same 50/50 ratio.

The wagering requirement is calculated once the bets are settled, not when they are placed.
