If your account is not accessed for an uninterrupted period of 4 months, it will be considered Inactive according to the Betano Terms and Conditions. Thirty days prior to the date when an account is due to become inactive, Betano will send you a reminder to withdraw your remaining funds. In the case where an account becomes inactive and still has a balance, a $380/month administration fee may be charged from the 4th month of inactivity by Betano in the inactive account, until the balance reaches zero.
You can log in to your account anytime, either to reactivate it, or to withdraw your remaining balance so that none of the above administrative fees will be charged.
No monthly administrative fee shall be applied if the account is currently self-excluded. Once the self-excluded period is lifted, the non-activity period will start counting.
