Why are additional documents requested in order to make a withdrawal?

The request of additional documents is essential in order to make sure that your account is fully validated and that you have all declared data updated. Please note that withdrawal can be processed only after the full account validation is completed.

Some of those documents can be:

• the photo of a credit/debit/prepaid card

• bank book / bank statement

• Other document
